Vincent Audio Launches SA-T7 Diamond Tube Preamplifier

Vincent Audio has announced a limited production run of the new SA-T7 Diamond, a tube preamplifier that features the prized and rare German Telefunken PCF803 triode-pentode tubes manufactured decades ago. This latest design is available in either a black and silver finish.
This latest pre-amplifier features the same audiophile-grade circuitry and renowned sound quality as their reference preamplifier, the SA-T7 MK, together with a built-in Bluetooth receiver. However, this latest version has been redesigned around the Telefunken PCF803 tubes.
The linear amplification provided by the PFC803 tubes features the original circuitry from the previous version. It uses the same BestPentode circuitry that eliminates the electrical current noise associated with pentodes, providing extreme low-noise characteristics and a much higher gain with less noise than comparable triodes. The first BestPentode stage uses a proprietary Vimala module that employs low-noise power supply couplings, with the second gain stage supporting bass and treble controls that may be bypassed.
Digital format support is handled by a Texas Instruments PCM 5102 DAC that provides a 24-bit/192 kHz performance. Formats supported include; WAV, FLAC, APE, LPCM, MP3, ACC, AC3 and WMA.
Front panel controls include; input selection, volume and bass and treble controls, plus tone bypass. Control is also available using the supplied VR-13 IR remote.
Input connectivity includes; 6 x Stereo RCA, 1 x Optical, 1 x Coaxial and 1 x Bluetooth 5.0 with output supported by, 2 x Stereo RCA Pre-Out and 1 x Stereo RCA Rec-Out. Two 3,5 mm jacks support power control. Additional rear panel controls include; window dimmer and auto off.
