These new top of the line Reference Series Subs can stack to become line arrays and individually can dig as low as 15Hz at powers up to 1000watts.  

The REL No.31 and No.32 Reference Series Subs are serious about their looks and performance with an equally serious budget.

This new reference range are both based on a sealed box design with long throw front-firing drivers made from carbon fiber cones with inverted center caps. The No. 31 features a 12″ driver and a 900watt class D power amplifier, while the No. 32 features a 15″ driver and a 1000 watt class D power amplifier. Both of these drivers boasting a 4″ stroke.

The class D amplification is supported with level control, dual parametric filters, variable crossover control from 20 to 90 Hz and a switchable phase control, 0 or 180 degrees.

Both models rear panel connectivity includes; high-level Neutrik speakOn, low-level stereo RCA, and XLR, LFE RCA, and Line XLR inputs together with high-level Neutrik speakOn, LFE XLR, and line XLR outputs.

These reference subs are physically substantial. The No.31 weighs in at 114.5 lbs and measures 435x638x724mm (WxHxD), while the No.32 tips the scales at 187 lbs measuring 540x743x816mm (WxHxD). Size does matter, with the No.31 going down to 17Hz (-6dB) and the No.32 hitting 15Hz (-6dB). The No.31 is finished in high gloss black while the No.32 comes in piano black lacquer.
