Pro-Ject Launches Stereo Box E Compact Amplifier

Pro-Ject Audio Systems has launched the Pro-Ject Stereo Box E amplifier, a compact integrated amplifier designed to deliver high-quality stereo sound in a streamlined package. It supports Bluetooth 5 and is available in a black or silver heavy duty steel case with a brushed aluminum front panel. This latest model in the E line compliments and continues to grow the lines range of models.
The Stereo Box E is designed as an entry-level option below the MaiA S3. It offers a range of connectivity options, making it a versatile hub for various audio sources. The Stereo Box E incorporates an analogue amplifier stage, outputs 21W per channel into 8 ohms or 40W per channel into 4 ohms, supports turntables, streaming devices, and more.
With its seven inputs it offers a phono RCA input for MM, MI or high output MC cartridges as well as two unbalanced stereo line inputs; RCA and 3.5mm. You can connect digital sources like your TV or a CD transport via the coax or optical S/PDIF inputs to use the internal Stereo Box E high resolution DAC. If you want to stream your music from your mobile phone, tablet or pc you can simply connect to the high definition AptX HD capable Bluetooth 5.0 input. The USB-C output on the back distributes clean power to many modern streamers, meaning you will not need a separate power supply for them. There is also an integrated headphone amplifier and a subwoofer output.
Finally control is available using the front panel volume knob and input buttons or the supplied Control it 1 remote.
