    Hi there!
Thanks for your review! I just thought I’d give my experience with this app update in case other users with a similar setup to mine are affected. I used to stream from my AVR-X2700h to a pair of Denon Home 150s. I’d usually stream radio (ie Turner input) or vinyl via phono input) from the amp to the speakers through the HEOS app over WiFi.
Since the app update (& possibly hardware updates), it’s no longer possible to do this. It’s quite frustrating given that the main reason for choosing this particular setup from Denon was the multi room capability & supposed seamless integration of the various components. The app update has essentially reduced the Home 150s to a pair of glorified WiFi/bluetooth speakers. They won’t accept radio broadcasts unless I subscribe to a service such as TuneIn. Furthermore, i need to re-pair them almost daily for them to act as a stereo pair. I’m quite disappointed.

      Hi their Listener,
I am very sorry to hear about the the loss of functionality that you describe after the HEOS update. Unfortunately I cannot validate your issue as I do not support this app. I think you should contact Denon service to see if this is a firmware bug or a direct result of what they have changed/added. They may also know of a “work around” for your issue(s) if there is one.
If there is a “fix” please update your post.
Thank you for visiting my site and letting other readers know of your issues with this update.
      Regards
      Paul
