Epson Announces Pro Cinema LS9000 Laser Projector

Epson have introduced the Pro Cinema LS9000, a 4K HDR laser projector aimed at the custom integration market. The LS9000 joins the company’s Pro Cinema lineup with a spec sheet that includes 4K UHD resolution, HDR10+ support, 2,200 lumens of brightness, and gaming compatibility up to 4K/120fps. Available in black.
The LS9000 uses Epson’s 3LCD engine with a three-chip architecture that creates the 8.29 million pixel 4K image using pixel-shifting technology. A 32-bit video processor handles frame interpolation, resolution enhancement, and HDR tone mapping. Input lag is rated under 20ms. Lens control is motorized, with ±96% vertical and ±24% horizontal shift, plus there are ten memory presets. Control system integration includes IP control via PJLink, Crestron, and Control4. Dual HDMI 2.1 inputs support ARC and eARC.
Rated for 20,000 hours of operation with a solid-state laser light engine the LS9000 includes a three-year warranty with a two-business-day unit replacement. Lens controls are motorized, with ±96% vertical and ±24% horizontal shift, and ten memory presets. Control system integration includes IP control via PJLink, Crestron, and Control4. Dual HDMI 2.1 inputs support ARC and eARC.
Connectivity includes; 2 x HDMI2.1, 2 x USB Type A, 1 x RJ45 network, 1 x RS232c, 1 x trigger out and 1 mini USB.
