Record Doctor X Vacuum Record Cleaner Announced

Record Doctor record cleaning products generally represent some of the highest value and most affordable vacuum based cleaning machine and supplies available. So it was no surprise to see the announcement of their latest vinyl vacuum cleaning machine, the Record Doctor X (RDX). This latest version of their well respected Record Doctor vacuum record cleaning machine series will now clean both sides of the vinyl simultaneously, halving time and effort.
Its design follows in the footsteps of earlier Record Doctor series by featuring the same powerful vacuum motor and cleaning strip as other current RD models, as well as the replaceable compact cabinet and storage tank for the removal of used vinyl cleaning fluids. However, the original rotational motor has been upgraded to a high torque version to support the extra “drag” of two sets of cleaning strips.
Cleaning is performed by the fixed lower slot and the upper vacuum swing arm slot, both of which use the same replaceable cleaning strips. New features included in this design are; a switch controllable bi-directional rotational motor and a 5″ screw-down clamp system whose included gasket prevents fluid from damaging the label during cleaning.
The RDX is available in both carbon-fiber vinyl and high-gloss black finishes and comes with a 4oz fluid-applicator bottle full of Record Doctors RxLP cleaning solution, spare sweeper strips, a 6ft power cord and illustrated cleaning instructions.
