Pro-Ject Audio has unveiled the Elemental Phono USB Final Edition turntable. This special edition is based upon its predecessors minimalistic design, blending nostalgic charm, convenience and ease of use. It comes with a; built-in phono stage, USB output, Cover it E acrylic dust cover, and is sold with a personalized certificate of ownership. It is available with a gray or red enhancement.
This Final Edition retains the compact footprint of the original Elemental Phono USB measuring 415 x 300 x 90mm and weighing in at 2.7Kg. The plinth is height adjustable and despite its lightweight build, Pro-Ject claims that its artificial stone central mass effectively absorbs rumble and motor vibration. The turntable’s low resonance 1.5Kg Acryl it E main platter runs in a stainless steel bearing, comes with an aluminum record puck and is belt-driven using a two-piece pulley, providing users the ability to manually switch between 33 and 45 RPM.
Its ultra-low mass aluminum tubed tonearm comes with a fixed headshell that has a factory mounted and pre-aligned premium Pick it 25A moving magnet (MM) cartridge, that uses pure silver coil windings to achieve more transparency and dynamics. Adjustments include; tracking and anti-skating force and cartridge azimuth. No felt matt is supposed to be required.
Besides including a built-in RIAA phono amplifier that can directly drive line level speakers and amplifiers with no phono input, the turntable includes a Delta-Sigma AD converter, allowing for 16-bit/48KHz digital conversion giving users the ability to record vinyl to a Mac or PC via its USB-B connection.
Finally, this limited edition allows the purchaser to have their own customized badge (contact Pro-ject) and includes a personalized certificate which attests that your Pro-Ject turntable is one of the FINAL EDITION series.
