DALI Launches EPIKORE Series Of Speakers

DALI of Demark, have released three new models to join their well respected EPIKORE 11, 4½-way floorstander: They are the; EPIKORE 3, 3-way stand-mount, EPIKORE 7, 3½-way floorstander, and EPIKORE 9, 4-way floorstander. The EPIKORE series are available in three exclusive premium finishes — High Gloss Black, High Gloss Walnut, and High Gloss Maroon.
These latest three models share several key technologies. These include; the EVO-K Hybrid Tweeter module, comprising a 35 mm soft-dome tweeter and a 55 x 10 mm HF planar element; Soft Magnetic Composite (SMC Gen-2) magnet material technology for ultra-low distortion, custom-made in-house drivers, and Clarity Cone paper and wood fiber cone structure bass/mid-range drivers.

The Models:
EPIKORE 3:
A compact stand-mount loudspeaker format for smaller listening spaces. Its ported 3-way design combines a low-loss, 7-inch DALI bass/midrange driver with the unique DALI EVO-K Hybrid Tweeter module. A curved, real-wood veneer stand-mount cabinet completes the EPIKORE 3 package. A purpose designed stand is also available for the EPIKORE 3. This sand-fillable stand is finished in matte black, and features internal cable routing.
EPIKORE 7:
Another compact model but this time suitable as a floorstander. Its 3½-way format combines two, low-loss 7-inch DALI bass/midrange drivers with the unique DALI EVO-K Hybrid Tweeter module. This ported curved cabinet design includes a Continuous-flare bass reflex port and is suitable for medium to large sized rooms.
EPIKORE 9:
This ported 4-way floorstander offers a high-performance audio experience for larger listening spaces. It combines two, low-loss SMC Gen-2 8-inch woofers, a low-loss SMC Gen-2 6½-inch Clarity Cone Technology midrange driver, and the DALI EVO-K Hybrid Tweeter module to create a wide-bandwidth, low distortion music reproduction. The very rigid curved cabinet construction includes Continuous Flare port reflex loading to extend bass response.
EPIKORE 11:
This existing top-of-the-line EPIKORE model is a ported 4½-way, floorstander, wide-bandwidth system. It incorporates four, low-loss 8-inch SMC Gen-2 woofers, a low-loss SMC Gen-2 6½-inch Clarity Cone Technology midrange driver, and the signature DALI EVO-K Hybrid Tweeter module. This largest model also includes their Continuous-flare bass reflex loading port for extended bass performance.
All models bring the HF/Mid and LF driver passive crossover connections out to two pairs of rear panel binding posts. This arrangement supports: Single-wire connection, Bi-wire connection and Bi-amping.
