British HiFi brand Connected-Fidelity has announced the new Connected-Fidelity CF-1010 tone arm, a UK-manufactured 9-inch design that features a curved titanium arm tube with an integral head-shell.
The CF-1010 tone arm uses a titanium arm tube to provide rigidity and durability, while its integrated head-shell incorporates a resonance-absorbing element to help reduce unwanted vibration. A Linn-type mounting is provided by the arm that uses three fixings plus a centre pillar hole.

The arm is built around pre-loaded single-point bearings that are intended to minimise friction, the internal wiring is extremely fine in order to reduce rotational resistance, while anti-skate force is applied using a hanging-weight system.

Each CF-1010 tone arm includes full installation hardware, a 2.0-metre RCA tone arm cable, a digital down-force scale for precise tracking-force adjustment, and a fine fibre brush for vinyl and stylus care. Optional counterweights and headshell weight sets are also available. Connected-Fidelity is also offering guidance for users seeking particular cartridge/arm resonance characteristics.
Finally, the arm will also be sold as part of a package that also includes the TT Hub table along with optional Hana cartridge configurations.
